How does your Child spend their time during your day. I know that there are many different activities they are involved in along with homework, school, friends, and family responsibilities and not to mention trying to enjoy some down time.
For your Childs assignment have them sit down and write down how they think they spend the 24 hours they have in the day. Have them think through the different things that they are involved in. I know that everyday is not the same but try to think of a day that may be in the middle considering how busy their days are. The next three days they are going to write down everything they do and how long they did it on the worksheet that they were given in class. They need to only record large categories of things such a school instead of listing each class separate. Another examples is practice instead of listing all their different practices. After the three day have them look at their tracking sheet and fit their activities into the categorizes on the time management sheet. Have them bring the sheet to class on the next Monday and we are going to go over how all the members in the class fill their day.
